Exchanges & Returns
All returns & exchanges are required to be processed within 10 days from the date of purchase. Please retain your original receipt as proof of purchase. All goods are to be returned in original condition with swing tags attached.

The customer is liable to pay all return shipping costs & we recommend using a trackable postage option as lost or misplaced items cannot be refunded.

If your garment is the wrong sizing we will happily exchange it for another size if stock is available. If not you will be issued with a credit note which is valid for 3 months. Goods must be returned within 10 days from the receipt of your goods.
We do not offer a refund if you simply change your mind on a purchase. However we do offer a 7 day exchange if goods are returned in original condition with tags and receipt.
Refunds will be given on faulty garments only within 14 days from the receipt of your goods.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted: (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 14 days. We have the right to deny these refunds and the item will be returned to you.
